A tire’s geometry — round, flexible, easy to mark or deform under the wrong grip — defeats most off-the-shelf grippers. We design custom End-of-Arm Tooling around your specific
tire size, weight, and handling point: vacuum, mechanical, servo, or electromagnetic, in whatever combination the part actually needs. Reach, clearance, and cycle time are validated in simulation before a single bracket is cut, so the tooling fits the first time it’s bolted on.
