We don’t sell catalog robots and walk away — we design the cell, build the tooling, simulate the motion, and stay on through commissioning.
What This Service Does
Turning a Process Requirement Into a Working Robotic Cell
Machinery Development is the physical build side of MAS Robotics. It covers special-purpose machinery for tire manufacturing, custom handling and tooling for parts that don’t fit off-the-shelf grippers, and robotic welding systems built and commissioned for heavy fabrication. Why this Service
The same is true on a welding line, where a robotic weld holds its parameters the same way on weld 4,000 as it did on weld 4. This is where we’ve put in the deepest hours, including systems running today inside Apollo Tyres’ plants, and welding cells commissioned for Sun Fab, CRI Pumps, and Ashwa Energy.
